The Payroll Taxes -District of Columbia does not have a state minimum wage rate. Therefore employers must pay their employees the federal minimum wage rate of $7.25/hr. With this rate applies to all occupations, listed employees who receive $30 per month as tips, must be paid at least $2.13/hr.
